At the Australia Wind Energy 2024 conference, Eirik Ellingsen, Director of Offshore Wind Asia Pacific, highlighted Norway’s pivotal role in supporting Australia’s ambitious wind energy goals.

Mr. Ellingsen showcased Norway’s extensive experience in offshore wind, including the operation of the world’s largest floating wind farm. He stressed that the collaboration between Norway and Australia is vital for achieving substantial progress in the offshore wind sector. “Collaboration is key to achieving our shared goals in offshore wind,” said Mr. Ellingsen.
